The Budget Book Nook does not offer Returns or Refunds for change of mind.
We will however always meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act / Consumers Guarantee Act.

If your item has arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us with photos of the issues via email so we can rectify this. Damage does NOT include what is already stated in each item's listed description.
